We provide:

• In-person, virtual, and telephone therapy sessions

• Webinars and educational resources

• Free consultations and information via our website

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Payments

• Sessions must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may result in a full session charge to your card on file.

• We accept credit cards (via Stripe) and e-transfers for payment.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account:

• You’re responsible for your login information

• You may update or delete your account at any time

We may deactivate accounts that are inactive for a significant period.

4. Age Restrictions

Our therapy services for minors require parental involvement. Users must be over 18 to independently create accounts or book sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Site downtime or data loss

• Third-party tools used on our site

• External links or content beyond our control

6. Confidentiality and Ethics

All therapy services comply with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and the BCACC Code of Ethics. Your information is kept confidential except where legally required to disclose.
